Donald McIntosh returned to action on Friday night at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) for the Schaeffer Oil Spring Nationals sanctioned Scott Sexton Memorial. Posting a 2nd place finish in his heat race behind Chris Madden, Donald earned the 8th-starting spot for the $10,052-to-win A-Main. Moving up two spots, McIntosh reeled in a 6th place finish in the 52-lapper.

The following night Donald stopped Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Southern All Stars Series sanctioned contest. With 36 Super Late Models on hand for the Rockin’ with the Stars 50, McIntosh fell short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the feature, Donald charged to a consolation win positioning him 17th on the starting grid for the feature. Back with the Schaeffer Oil Spring Nationals series, Donald McIntosh was one of 27 Super Late Models signed in at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky) on Friday for the Spring Showdown. Starting the night off with a heat race win, McIntosh earned the 6th-starting position for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Falling short of a Top 5 finish, Donald dropped back to an 8th place outing in the 40-lap affair.

On Saturday McIntosh stopped at Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) for another Spring Nationals sanctioned program. Scoring a 3rd place finish in his 10-lap heat, McIntosh locked into the 13th-starting spot for the feature. On Friday night Donald McIntosh made the trip to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned contest. After laying down the fastest time in his qualifying group, McIntosh charged to a 10-lap heat race victory positioning him 2nd on the starting grid for the feature. With $10,000 on the line, Donald dropped back to an 8th place finish in the 50-lapper.

Saturday brought McIntosh to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Spring Shootout. Starting the night off with a heat race win, McIntosh locked into the 6th-starting position after the redraw.
