October 26, 2019 - Top 10 Finish in Fall Nationals Finale, Crowned Points Champ
1Donald McIntosh added another championship to his accolade list over the weekend in his Blount Motorsports No. 7m Ole Ben Franklin Motors/ Stowers Cat/ XR1 Rocket Chassis/ Vic Hill Racing Engine Super Late Model. The Georgia racer registered a Top-10 finish in the Schaeffer’s Oil Fall Nationals Series, final race, which allowed him to secure the inaugural season’s championship.

“We didn’t have the night that we wanted at 311 Motor Speedway on Saturday, but we did well enough to achieve our goal of clinching the Schaeffer’s Oil Fall Nationals title. Overall, it’s been a great season with Blount Motorsports,” McIntosh said. “As always, I’d like to say a very special thanks to Larry Garner, David Bryant, and everyone at Blount Motorsports, who provides me with such a great car to drive.”

Donald McIntosh invaded 311 Motor Speedway (Pine Hall, North Carolina) on Saturday night as he put a wrap on the inaugural season of the Schaeffer’s Oil Fall Nationals Series. In a field of 17 cars, Donald recorded a sixth-place finish in his heat race, which positioned him 11th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win finale. Improving two spots in the 60-lap affair, McIntosh reeled in a ninth-place finish.

With his finish on Saturday, McIntosh secured the Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals points title.

October 12, 2019 - 3rd Place Finish in Tarheel 50 at Tri-County Racetrack
1Donald McIntosh followed the Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals to Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, North Carolina) on Friday evening for the Tar Heel 50. After coming in fourth fastest in his time trial group, McIntosh posted a runner-up finish in his heat behind Shawn Chastain locking his spot into the opening night feature. Improving five spots in the 53-lap affair, Donald reeled in a 4th place finish behind Brandon Overton, Kyle Hardy, and Dale McDowell with Kenny Collins coming in 5th. (Brian McLeod photo)

1On Saturday evening at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned Dixie Shootout, Donald recorded a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Jonathan Davenport which positioned him eighth on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Coming one spot shy of a Top-10 finish, McIntosh dropped three spots in the 50-lapper to place 11th.

Sunday’s Rome Showdown at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia) fell victim to Mother Nature.

October 5, 2019 - Early Exit for McIntosh in World of Outlaws Event at 411 Motor Speedway
1Saturday night found Donald McIntosh in action at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned program. In a field of 25 cars, McIntosh was running in 3rd in his heat when suffered a blown oil line that started a small fire. He was able to exit uninjured but was a scratch from the A-Main.
